Jeffrey M. Miller brings a wealth of experience from high-stress, high-responsibility professions, making him uniquely qualified to lead the Rapid Reset & Recharge Program. With a distinguished career in law enforcement, including roles as an undercover drug and black market investigator, international liaison between US Army Military Police units and both German and Korean National Police forces, as-well-as a firearms and street survival training officer, he has first-hand knowledge of the critical importance of self-regulation, sustained focus, and energy management in demanding and non-stop situations.
Beyond his law enforcement background, Jeffrey has served as a security consultant and director, providing independent security consulting and advisory services, employee safety training programs, emergency mitigation, and business continuity planning.
